The Sacred Hum offers practical guided meditations to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. We used hip hop meditation to leverage the power of arts and entertainment for the benefit of making the sacred positively contagious. Our mission is that through practice, people find and use their voice to incite radical compassion in the world.

"Humming" is more than just making a sound...it's finding your authentic voice. There is no other sound as unique, special and individual as your own. Your voice, your sound makes the difference that is needed right now.

As bold as that may sound to some, the truth is that we all carry the image of the Divine. The spark of life that animates you is special, therefore you are special. I am grateful for the community that we are building here. Supporting one another as we walk our paths is an important part of ongoing practice. Thank you.

 Hip Hop is storytelling. Meditation is the practice of special awareness. When these two forms of expression are combined both communities benefit in exponential ways.
